      Back in India, one of the best places to learn and understand channel strategy . With different product lines within the organization, one can imbibe and experience channel and marketing strategy for headphones to TVs to professional cameras . Also, good work culture. aggressive but good.

      Cons

      Pay scale a little lower than the industry.

      Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
