I loke working with Japanese coworkers, they are very clever, polite and never agressive. The company has its own speed, which is suitable for young professionals who are starting their career and need time to understand the electronic business. Many professionals get the chance to grow and achieve better positions.
Cons
It's awful if you enjoy life-quality, as employers many times need to work until 9pm. Bad crisis management, lacks top-down clear communication.
