Pros
Great employees who are all very friendly and have some great product knowledge. Everyone works with everyone employee wise to pick up shifts or trade them so if you need a day off you can always rely on someone. Everyone employee wise is real close knit they will help you reach your sales goals.
Cons
Shady management staff who tries to get rid of people they don't personally like. Terrible Hr staff, personally the worst i've dealt with. Josette never listens to the employees side of the story and goes straight for the managements side even when they're in the wrong. Management and employees live by two separate sets of rules, management can be late as they want to be with no consequences and the employee staff even if they call in or have an emergency get written up. Managers do not lead by example creating a very stressful environment.
