Pros

San Diego weather. Trying to work on employee development opportunities.

Cons

No upwards growth, only limited lateral moves. Layoffs every end of fiscal year, which makes it very stressful and uncertain every year. No pay raises (1-2% average). Additional workload and reduced workforce. Silo environments. Meetings for the meetings for the upcoming meetings. CYA is a staple of the day to day. Aging company.

Hello Team Sony Member, First of all thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations so far. We are very focused on providing our teams with a flexible work / life balance lifestyle. In addition to our open vacation policy, we recently introduced a Flex Friday program and encourage our employees regularly to take advantage of these benefits. We also offer our employees flexible schedules to allow a more integrated work life balance, so our teams can have more control over their schedules as they juggle personal and professional obligations. Additionally, we regularly review our compensation and benefits related programs to ensure we offer our employees the most competitive market salary and benefits packages available. If you’re not familiar with these great benefits, talk with your manager or reach out to us in HR. Again, thank you for your feedback, please let us know if you have any questions. We are here for you!
