      Pros

      It's a great place to work if you're in the music industry. The people are amazing, warm, and friendly. There is a lot of autonomy if you're passionate about what you do. It is an opportunity and it depends on what you make of it.

      Cons

      Lack of mentorship, below market compensation, company seems a bit confused about what it wants to be, or maybe knows exactly who it is maybe it just didn't align with me.

      Pros

      Co-workers are usually understanding. Other than that I do not see any pros

      Cons

      There is no set objective. Management lacks clarity as to what they are trying to do. Communication lacks clarity. No proper KPIs. You have to wear multiple hats which necessarily isn't an issue on it's own but the lack of clarity makes it really difficult to just be.
