      - Great comp given that the RSUs haven't declined by 20%+ after earnings - Coworkers are intelligent and very helpful

      Cons

      - Leadership (especially senior leadership) is the JV team - Not sure what the overall objectives are - Quarterly reviews with stack ranking - No bonus or stock refreshers unless top 20% in review - 4 day RTO

      - most people are kind and nice to work with - good food and benefits - decent pay

      Cons

      - egos and competition depending on team due to performance structure - low bar for talent in some functions like product and design - incompetent leadership
