-Lack of transparency around performance and how to move up -Lack of clarity around the role and its responsibilities -Mass exodus of talent from the company due to poor performance, particularly in the data org -Toxic office politics due to lack of transparency (see above). Unlcear why some team members get promoted and others do not -Office 4 days per week. (some people get exceptions but you don't know who, which creates a bad dynamic)
