Good pay, benefits and treatment but not much room for growth - Concept Designer Snap Employee Review

Can be a dead-end for some roles. I have not been able to grow much at all in my role and it doesn't seem like there's anywhere for me to go here. I have heard similar complaints about other creative/design roles. Especially for younger people I would say it's good to make some money and then move on.
