      Great benefits and the people you work with foster an environment that keeps you learning.

      Cons

      The role is constantly changing that at times its hard to keep up at to what are the new procedures and keep the team motivated. Workload getting to the point of burnout.

      Relatively good opportunities for those who just starting their career and want to try big tech (kinda big)

      Cons

      The code is outdated. Building the app won't give you experience that you can fully use outside of the Snapchat. So much homemade tools and solution that doesn't provide best experience and doesn't simplify your life. Often perf reviews are a burden.
