Pros
Great mission, great values, growing company with opportunity for growth. They listen to their employees and I see continued efforts on their part of them showing and implementing the feedback they get. Seeing and hearing the impact that the company continues to make in the healthcare space is incredible! This is a company I am very proud to work for.
Cons
If you do not do well in a start-up environment that ebbs and flows from slow to a rapid-fast pace, then this might not be the place for you. The company is growing which means occasional changes. They are improving processes for growth opportunities and while it can feel like these changes take a while to implement, the company does seem to deliver.
