      Great opportunities to gain experience, great leadership.

      Cons

      A lot of work, very overwhelming. Feels like I am doing the work of an entire department. Definitely underpaid. Wages are not competitive with other hospitals.

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
