Does a great job of helping everyone demonstrate the Sharp Experience. Helps employees want to emulate it, fun things like All-Staff are refreshing. Benefits are extremely affordable, and offer a wide variety of them!! 6% matching! They are CONSTANTLY hiring, with lots of locations all over SD, it really is a great place to work with competitive pay.
Cons
Some departments have an "older mindset" which can stifle growth. Training for your job can be amazing or dismal depending on where you end up department wise.
