Pros
1. Very flexible when it comes to personal issues. If you need time off, you do not get a negative impression from management. 2. People who work there are there for the right reasons. They want to help patients and are good people by and large to work with.
Cons
1. Too many people "drink the Kool-Aid". Lots of people at Sharp over do it and are a little too excited about coming to work day in and day out. If you're really excited about healthcare, this is an awesome place to be. If not, you'll get annoyed quickly. 2. Org structure is nowhere near flat. Very top down.
