Management is supportive and receptive. Sharp values continuing education and investing in it's employees betterment as evidenced by education stipends.I am a very happy employee.
Cons
Like any large organization there are some deficits, but nothing nefarious. I can honestly say that the employees care about our patients.

I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
