Senior ER techs are very experienced, leads are always supportive, and it’s a great learning environment. Nurses are very caring.

Challenging patient population with comorbidities make the shift very long and challenging. Many of the patients speak Spanish, so bi-lingual is almost a must.
I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
