Pros
Coding Department members stick together and support each other. Management scrupulous about following policies and procedures. Supervisor very helpful. Manager sometimes gives confusing answers to simple questions. Some flexibility with hours. Excellent IT support, up-to-date equipment, extensive training and CEUs provided. Great benefits.
Cons
Low wages, poor raises. Management seems to keep you at a distance for about a year, as if they can't trust you. Some new employees left after a few months, were really unhappy in the department.
