Pros
Loved most of my experience at Sephora. Tons of free gratis (hair care, makeup, skincare) given through brands that visit to train. High pace (resort location) and plenty of opportunity to connect with clients.
Cons
The hiring was tough and the team had a hard time rooting for one another because the growth was not necessarily full of opportunities. People would be there 5+ years with no promotion. Some people didn’t mind, others just became salty.
