    The company has overall great values, and really does their best to ensure a "family-like" feeling at each location. Great benefits, competitive pay, great incentives, plenty of learning and growing opportunities... All over great company to work for.

    Cons

    Management at the location I worked for wasn't very organized with events etc..

    Consistent hours if FT
    PT can really make their own schedule
    Amazing health benefits for FT and a really great employee discount

    Cons

    Sickness or mental health not considered priority if management
    FT do not get to restrict availability in any way (ie 1 night class or a sport)
    Company puts clients before employees even if they're abusive or harassment
    If you are found to be questioning development or if you want to stay they try to manage you out
    Poor pay for salaried vs amount of responsibilities/stress
    Opportunities are there but there is a lot of gate keeping

    Advice to Management

    Look after your long-term manager team first, as they are developing your team.

    the team, the environment, the clients, the products we get to work with are fun

    workload, pay doesn't match work, when you reach a certain point it feels like development stops, no sense of work/life balance

    Increase pay and benefits to reflect the amount of effort we exert daily.
