It is a top down approach (Leadership get most, then fulltime staff, then makeup artists, then skin care, then cash and operations). Lots of opportunity for bonus cheques. THOUGH *** there is events/promotions that happen in stores where it is asked of employees to push/recommend certain products over others - I HATE this. It means some greedy employees recommending products to clients that arent suitable just to win free makeup.
