    Best: obtaining prescription drug from pharmacy is easy to do. Worst: the initial start of claiming contact lenses require mail in receipts versus digital upload. Rmt massages require doctors note for first time claim. This is too much manual work comparing to the benefit procedure I had from my previous workplace.
