      Pros

      had fun with makeup and the gratis is a plus.love helping customers.

      Cons

      managent is involved in too much nepotism. only promotes friends, bullies, and harasses. basically promotes people with no merit and no drive other than to gossip and bring others down. worst management ever!!!!! when i voiced my desire to move up it was twisted to seem wrong, but in all the books I've read i thought self sufficiency was supposed to be a plus. but i blame the people in charge.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
