gossip politics if you're hard working, it goes under appriciated You need to really VOICE what you need or you're invisible Throw too many selling "techniques" at you Constantly changing their minds on the things that they promote STOCK LEVELS are incredibly hard to work with for our clients too.

- unstable hours / unstable income - part-time employee classification has a wide weekly hourly gap (e.g., 15-29 weekly hours) and the availability expectation is that of a full-time (e.g., required to be open 4-5 a week, open to close) - minimal career growth if wanting to become full-time within the same store
