      Pros

      the job itself is amazing. most of the time coworkers are fun to be around, the customers are generally friendly, the work we do can be mentally hard but is physically easy

      Cons

      being a sephora in kohl’s partially sucks. the kohl’s management doesn’t treat the sephora workers equally and it can be hard to get help from them. lucky there are 3 sephora managers to go to for help

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
