      Pros

      The gratis was great! There are many great positive attitude employees to work with that are passionate about doing great work.

      Cons

      The passive aggressive approach for getting employees to comply is exhausting. There are always signs posted to all employees even when only one or two employees are not following the rules. You are not given much positive feedback or acknowledged for trying to do things in a better way.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
