      Pros

      I was employed here for 2 years as a color consultant. The reason I stayed there as long as I did was because I loved makeup and helping others feel good about themselves. That is why I gave it two stars.

      Cons

      The environment got really cliquey. If i didn't like what i did, I would have given 1 star. The reason why is because of management. Management definitely had favorites and it showed. They would allow the "favorites" to receive more gratis and the "good" ones too. They make you feel bad for taking a day off, even if its for a funeral for family member. When you want to request time off, the favorites got first pick.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
