Pros
You learn a lot about the beauty industry and trends! You are able to try different products and have hands on experiences with skincare and fragrance, aside from learn about makeup. There's room to grow within the company.
Cons
There's a lack of communications from management! There's also gratis abuse! Gratis are gifts from brands that Sephora carries and they should be giving the gratis to the cast members. However in some cases gratis were not distributed evenly and fairly! Depending on your location, the work environment can be toxic.
