      - great pay - good bonuses - discount & gratis - the benefits were a pretty typical pay & most of it was easy claim online - fairly easy to move up in the company - very open to lgbt+ employees

      Cons

      - daytime vs nighttime work not equal - management is hit or miss - they praise work/life balance but it isn't as good as you'd think it is

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
