Pros

I've been with the company 11 years and was and Able to grow with the company. I started as a product consultant, than worked my way up to a color lead(key holder) as well as a product expert. Then moved from color lead to education lead and then into assistant store manager, to a store director. Sephroa is big on feedback and if you love feedback and want to grow than this is the place you want to be. I respect and live the values that we hold. Totally wouldn't work anywhere else.

Cons

It is retail and the fact that some stores are opening on thanksgiving day and have been a few days are disappointing.

Pros

fun getting gratis and hosting in-store events, meeting brand ambassadors/managers, socializing with clients

Cons

manager created a weird environment -- coaching moments were sometimes extremely aggressive for a retail environment; strict on not applying makeup to clients unless they purchase a service. once made me move from a disabled client quickly because I was "spending too much time with them" and to further boost the store sales. felt extremely unethical.
