      Great for a first job, great values Mhhmmmm gratis!!! Great for development You meet alot of wonderful brand reps Don't forget you are surrounded by make up

      No worklife balance Only way to work up in company is to kiss butt Raise is terrible Can be very stressful depending on mangement Starting wages .. Colour world is more important in their eyes. Can be demanding when your doing mini facials 1 after the other.

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
