      Pros

      Amazing French company. Dinamic, young people. Nice colegues, learning courses for make up, skin care, cosmetics and many others. Presents for employees. It is very interesting position combine organizing, planing, communicating, consulting customers, manage people and play with colors.

      Cons

      Working on shifts - 8 hours a day, 40 for week. Sometimes you must to stay 1or 2 hours after work/ until midnight waiting for creating a new banner and stiling for the new promotion.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
