      Pros

      Gratis, room for growth in the company, nice work environment, great training and education. There are a lot of great people that work for this company that actually care about the growth of their co workers below them.

      Cons

      Low pay that most complain about or leave because of, monthly bonus is not always available depending on the size of your store, short half hour lunches, management is not always the best.

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
