      Pros

      Gratis training product every blue moon. That’s honestly about it.

      Cons

      I could go on forever. They make it impossible to reach HR or anyone from head office for that matter. Management are terrible and have the emotional maturity of 16 year olds from high school. They set unrealistic expectations and KPI’s and shame you when you do not reach them. The list keeps going.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
