Cons

Heavy Micromanaging employees at this location which is not helpful or productive. Onboarding is watching videos for many hours creating information overload and impossible to retain an abundance of policies. If you break a policy by "Not Knowing The Policy" You will get written up or terminated.

Cons

- unstable hours / unstable income - part-time employee classification has a wide weekly hourly gap (e.g., 15-29 weekly hours) and the availability expectation is that of a full-time (e.g., required to be open 4-5 a week, open to close) - minimal career growth if wanting to become full-time within the same store
