      - Free products - Coworkers - Good base rate

      Cons

      - Stingy/ find loopholes to avoid paying proper holiday rates (will only give you a 4 hour shift on public holidays to avoid needing to pay holiday rates) - They request specific makeup looks but will not pay for the time this takes - Pressure to use testers of specific makeup products (unhygenic)

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
