      There are many projects with tremendous potential, but they want everything at once, and so nothing ever reaches its potential.

      Cons

      Normalization of excessive workloads. Excessive turnover. Poor leadership. Constant restructuring. Values and purposes that are merely for show. They talk a lot and hold many workshops, but in reality, nothing is put into practice.

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
