Pros

If you get a great team, then you are lucky!

Cons

Lack of support/time to train for skills. Targets unreachable. Tasks given too much and disregard help when needed. KPI are consistently changing. Overwhelming of tasks given wasn't balanced with the hours on sales floor therefore unable to hit target. Welfare barely exist for the past few years. Inclusivity, diversity are not in their dictionary anymore.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
