• Great leadership. The leadership team changed when the company was separated from Koch in early 2024, resulting in a pragmatic, solutions-focused leadership direction and repairing broken bridges of past customer engagements. • The core technical staff is excellent. Consisting of hardware, embedded software, and cloud native software teams. They are experts in their respective areas but have no ego, are pragmatic, open to design feedback, and most importantly work very fast and the customers love them. Truly a rare find at a tech company nowadays. • There is continued investment into new areas to expand existing product capabilities and build new products.

There are a few employees operating under the tenets of the old leadership team, but most of these employees have left and I think the remainder are getting onboard with the new style of working.
