Pros
Working there the work hours are flexible ,Fair pay, Simple tasks and the store I was in has awesome people to work with. It was convenient for my as it only took me 15 minutes to get there. If you are seen to have the skills and will to work full time you can progress.
Cons
I found it hard to book holidays due to lack of availability as the store would only allow 2 people off a time due lack of staff. If your as to join the Trade side you offen find you can never win the targets over time
