Pros

-Employees are really friendly and actually enjoy making conversation with their interns. -The office space setup make it easy to listen to conversation and important phone calles -Every now and then they'll inform you about exciting things the company is working on -Short internship, only 6 weeks. -The website they have set up for the interns, makes our job feel like a competitive game which gave us incentive to work hard. -Hours are flexible

Cons

-The work they have the interns doing is so minimal, unless you were one of their best interns that they had you working on cool campaigns, they had you do labor work. -They have you staring at a computer all day long

Pros

The office atmosphere is very open. The executives work under the same roof, literally. The people are wonderful and the office setup is a great way to listen and observe what the managers do. This can be a beneficial thing if one potentially is brought on to work full-time from the internship program. ScaleLab is very new to the multi-channel network (MCN) world, however they have grown very fast and quick in a short amount of time. Their "No Term Contract" is what attracts most content creators to their door because many creators are unhappy with their current MCN's contract and are unable to get out of it. ScaleLab offers this great deal because it makes them accountable for the work and effort they put in to each client and their channels.

Cons

The internship program had it's ups and downs. Some days were monotonous and others were very helpful for me in the learning process of what a MCN actually does. The program is only six-weeks long which seems short but I believe is just right, in terms of the type of work they put most interns on.
