Pros

Saville Assessment has been an incredibly rewarding place to grow so far. The level of trust in the CEO and leadership team is genuinely rare. They are highly intelligent / high-EQ leaders with steady hands on the wheel. Leadership is thoughtful, transparent, and deeply aligned on where the business is going. You feel confident in the direction of the company and supported in how you execute your role. The people are outstanding. There’s an amazing group of like-minded coworkers across departments who are collaborative, curious, and invested in doing great work. Silos are minimal. Everyone has a voice, Cross-functional collaboration is real, not just a buzzword. You truly feel heard. From a sales perspective, the training on methodology is impressive. Deal clinics, structured 1:1s, and ongoing coaching are focused on skill development, deal quality, and long-term career progression. There’s a clear investment in helping you grow as a seller and professional. The market opportunity is significant. While the space is crowded, Saville stands out with real science and rigor behind the product. This is something most competitors simply don’t have. That differentiation creates meaningful conversations with buyers and long-term value for clients. Overall, Saville is a place where smart people do meaningful work, leadership is trusted. Both personal and professional growth is taken seriously.

Cons

Hyper growth always comes with challenges, and that’s the case here. Things move quickly and not everything is fully built yet. Priorities can shift as the company scales, so you have to be comfortable operating with some ambiguity and figuring things out as you go. If you need perfectly defined processes on day one, this could feel uncomfortable. The expectations are high. You’re working with very capable, thoughtful people, which means you’re expected to match that standard. This isn’t an environment where someone micromanages you. The market itself is competitive and requires a more consultative approach. Selling a science based product means conversations take time and credibility matters. This rewards sellers who can think long term, handle complexity, and educate buyers rather than rely on quick transactional wins. That said, the opportunity is big and it’s clear there’s a real chance to be part of something meaningful that can have a lasting impact on how the workforce is assessed and developed.
