I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Saville Assessment in Mar 2023
Interview
I had an informal chat with the hiring manager, then went through a screening assessment with their psychometric assessments. Got invited to do an assessment centre day where I had a competency based interview, role play and redo the assessments. It was an exhausting day.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Saville Assessment (Esher, England)
Interview
Aptitude Assessment required before getting to the interview process, if you don't get 70% or more then you've got no chance at an interview (according to the recruitment agent).
I understand that because the company develop this software they expect people to pass these aptitude tests. However I think using this approach is flawed. If you're used to doing puzzles and aptitude tests, possibly someone who may have just left formal education then you'll probably have a better chance at passing. You may get someone who scores highly but has no business experience or has the personality of a wet rag. Perhaps a face to face interview first would be appropriate and then an aptitude test if they want to take it further.
They do offer you the opportunity to prepare and if you're scoring 100% on the preps then you have good chance of passing, however the actual testing environment can be daunting.
