      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits but that's the only thing this company has going for it.

      Cons

      terrible work/life balance, 12 hour shifts, does not approve days off, actively treats their staff as numbers not people, incompetent management, leadership heavy but don't actually lead, will white paper you out the door if they don't like you will actively manage you out, changed schedules constantly.
