    Pros

Good benefits (stock, insurance), money is OK, some hokey tickets contests which is almost impossible to win (1 in 3000), nice cafeteria ($)

    Cons

Cubicles, access-bad location, IT is restructuring so management is still "adjusting", low on staff, burocracy (Specially projects), environment is very Microsoft oriented, conservative and rather boring. Going up the ladder is almost impossible, they hire their friends and consulting companies (like Avanade) to do the fun work.

    Advice to Management

Hire employees, dont use only consultants, they leave with the knowledge, they dont care and are not attached to the company culture.
Look for promotions internally first, provide trainings if the employee need a little extra qualifications, specially with the Sap implementation. dont hire only your friends and hug them in the corridors like your brother. huge lack of women in IT too

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Saputo in June-2017.

    Interview

Two phone interviews first interview I was nervous. Didn't want to answer the wrong thing. After the interviewer made me feel more comfortable. The second inteview was much better asked me my vision of my work environment. Explanation of the company's work ethic was very clear. It would be an honour to accept the position.
