      Pros

      Decent wages, friendly people, good environment. No crazy micromanagement. Managers are always open to feedback, and try to help you with any problems you might be having. It's difficult to be fired once hired full-time. (This can also be a negative if you get a bad apple on your team).

      Cons

      Experience varies greatly depending on which department and shift you're working. Fluctuating hours--sometimes you'll get overtime, sometimes you won't get your full 40.
