Pros

This is my first startup and let me start by saying that if you are not familiar with the environment it can be overwhelming at first. You are literally involved with the building and creation of EVERYTHING. So with that being said, I LOVE IT HERE! Your voice and ideas matter, you are encouraged to create, improve, and question. Yes, there is a lot happening but we have an incredibly smart and dedicated leadership team. Currently I am working with a great team to build our sales efforts. Everything you do has an immediate impact and instant gratification. What we are building for SMB's is truly life altering. We are building something to provide real value and are building a community of incredible businesses and people. In this company, the work that you do will open more opportunities for you. I feel like my ability to grow here is endless. The year I have been with this company has come with so much personal and professional growth.

Cons

This con is not for me but needs to be shared. Working for starups can be hard. Especially during the first few years. There is a lot of ambiguity, there are a lot of right solutions so picking one to move forward can be paralyzing to some. There is a lot to do and everything is important. With that being said, this was the best career choice I've ever made.
