None. This place is a dumpster fire. It’s full of people all trying to one up each other and make themselves stand out. And the work itself is unrewarding because there is no clear vision.

Cons

Horrible leadership. Employees rewarded for the wrong reasons. Doesn’t encourage individuality or authenticity.
