It's okay - Night Crew Stocker Safeway Employee Review

You work 7.5 to 8 hours a day, barely incentives for night Crew people other than store discount. Corporate doesn't care about their employees and will punish their employees regardless of employees being the "backbone" of their company. They will run you to the ground and drain you mentally and physically, and then they will gaslight you if something comes up on their end or if management is having "a bad day". The union is a joke and not a true union at all. All it comes down to is money for corporate and management. They'll cut hours of their employees if they are chasing bonuses/maximizing their profits.
