Pros
The store management had done what they could when the night crew needed help. Each department was looking out for each other as the morning would start and there was a good amount of teamwork.
Cons
There are not many new people that rotate into the night crew so they have some of the same people that have been there for 10 years, 20 years, and 45 years. The problem there is that they are aware that if they do not want to do something that is needed then they won't have to and there is no getting fired or suspended since the we cant afford to lose anyone. As manager I was seen as the enemy and if I needed something done then I had to do it myself most of the time. They always talked about wanting the store to be ready and stuff but they only did the bare minimum and if there was a change then that was for me to handle. Toxic work environment.
