Pros
The people and customers in the are were great to work with, small community. I enjoyed the baking and cake decorating and training and coaching other employees who were willing to learn.
Cons
Over the past few years the hours have been constantly cutting down more and more in this dept. (example: 240hrs to 140hrs) That could be 5 part time people to help! The sales are good, but they want to squeeze as much labor as possible out of you. No time for breaks! They frown on that. No incentives to keep part- timers, wait 2 yrs. for benefits.
