you get benefits and thats the only pro i can think of.
Cons
the most overworked, underpaid job i have ever worked for. The company and most of the time the management does not give one hoot about their employees. Its all about that greed. They'll kill you for 10 days straight and you won't get paid overtime because it'll be the end of one work week to the beginning of another. You'll get lucky if you get one day off that you requested. Literally everyone talks about how miserable Safeway is in the break room, do yourself a favor and apply somewhere else.
