      The main reason for staying with safeway for so long is the benefits they offer. They pay is decent compared to other grocery stores. Many paid days off, and a paid birthday.

      Cons

      Job is boring and repetitive. For a people person this job would not be as bad, however if you are not a people person, going to work can be a drag

      Fun job for some exercise, and possibly shopping for yourself

      Expectations are constantly increasing, management often doesn’t understand the needs for the department
